Our building is completely accessible for everyone in all areas, and has a fully accessible bathroom. There is also a parking space immediately outside the front door, which has permanently ramped access into the building. There are a variety of areas inside the building to support with any sensory difficulties, but we are happy to visit you in your own home if this helps you to be more comfortable. We assure you of our patience and understanding at all times.

Our Funeral Home team includes trained Dementia Friends.
Dementia Friends learn about dementia so they can help their community.
Too many people affected by dementia feel that society fails to understand the condition they live with. Dementia Friends help by raising awareness and understanding, so that people living with dementia can continue to live in the way they want.

We support families and friends who are neuro-diverse. Several members of our team are personally neuro-diverse themselves. We can make adaptations for your comfort and understanding at all stages of the journey, including at the arrangement meeting, in our Willow Room of Rest, and on the day of the funeral.
